Craig Hendricks, 61, of the Millbrook Estates subdivision, has posted what he is calling a “comprehensive timeline of suspicious mail activity” to the Nextdoor app following the arrival of new neighbors in early September. The document, formatted in 11-point Times New Roman with numbered footnotes, catalogues 116 individual mail-retrieval events, noting the time of day, weather conditions, and Hendricks’s assessment of each one. Entries include observations such as “7:42 p.m. — checked mail after dark, could not determine what was retrieved” and “1:14 p.m. on a Tuesday — recipient appeared to be expecting something.” Hendricks said he became concerned when the neighbors, Darnell and Keisha Okafor, began receiving what he described as “an above-average volume of packages.” He confirmed, when asked, that he had not introduced himself to the Okafors. He said he preferred to let the data speak for itself. The post has received four likes, all from the same account, which is Craig Hendricks’s secondary account for neighborhood watch purposes.
