On October 1 in Bostwick, Georgia, Spark delivery driver Bri.shaye completed a delivery at a property and attempted to leave. The property owner pulled his work truck diagonally across the dirt path, blocking her exit. When she asked who he was, he said: “I own this place.” When she said she had finished the delivery, he demanded to know why she hadn’t stopped. She replied: “I don’t have to.” He allegedly had a firearm and struck her vehicle during the confrontation.

Bri.shaye recorded the incident and posted it to TikTok. The address is associated with APC Advanced Powder Coating Concepts at 2748 Nolan Store Rd. Commenters advised her to call police and file a complaint with her employer. She had delivered a package to the address. That was the entire reason she was there. That was the entire crime.
