A Washington Post analysis found that Elon Musk posted about race nearly every day for six months — 850 posts, six percent of everything he wrote, half containing the word “white.” His rate tripled compared to the two previous years. Sample posts: “Whites are a rapidly dying minority” (17 million views). “No more guilt trips. ENOUGH.” A 💯 on a post reading “If White men become a minority, we will be slaughtered… White solidarity is the only way to survive.”
Experts told the Post his output reflects “standard talking points of white supremacy.” Musk did not respond to requests for comment. He did not need to — he had already posted about it 850 times. His 230 million followers on the platform he owns received every single one. He is, for context, the world’s richest person and was until recently a senior government official. Both remain true.
